Call Quality Dashboard for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Online.
Call Quality dashboard (CQD) is very useful to monitor overall call quality in your environment. Earlier CQD was available only Skype for Business Online (using Office 365 and On-prem Skype for Business) however Microsoft has recently included Microsoft Teams data in addition to Skype for Business Online data to Call Quality Dashboard. This Dashboard for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Online allows you to gain insights into the quality of calls made using Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business services.
Basically, summary reports have a product filter to select either all data, Microsoft Teams data or Skype for Business Online data.
This CQD detailed reports are currently available as Tech Preview but available to all customers, so you see use filter to see data.
Follow the below steps to activate Call Quality Dashboard in your Office 365 Tenant:
You must have Global Admin permission to activate this.
- Log on to https://portal.office.com with your tenant Global Admin account, then select the Admin tile to open the Office 365 Admin center.
- On Admin Center, under Admin, Select Skype for Business to open the Skype for Business admin center.
- On the Skype for Business admin center, select tools in the left pane and then select Skype for Business Online Call Quality Dashboard.
- On the new page that opens, select Login with your Global Administrator account and then provide the credentials for the account when prompted. OR refresh page to see login option. Once you are login you will Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard Summary Reports. Refer below Image.
Once you select login, once activated, the CQD It will begin collecting and processing data.
Note: It may take a couple of hours to process enough data to display meaningful results in the reports.
How to see Microsoft Teams Data?
On CQD page, you can use the Product Filter drop-down to select to show all product data, only Microsoft Teams data, or only Skype for Business Online data.

What is upload data option in CQD page?
On CQD page, you will see option to upload data, this is used for admins to upload their own organization information, such as mapping of IP address and geographical information, mapping each wireless AP and its MAC address, etc.
You can upload your building data to have best experience, click on upload now. Refer below image.
Click on browse to select your data file. File must be in CSV format.
